Globally and now in India, Salvatore Ferragamo and CRYSTALLIZED™ - Swarovski Elements have launched the "Pink Collection" of bags, shoes, T-shirt and accessories in support of breast cancer.
Originally founded in 1928, Salvatore Ferragamo is one of the world's best-known "Made in Italy" luxury brands.
Ferragamo's "Pink Collection" includes women's bags and shoes, sunglasses and t-shirts: a Varina ballerina shoe, a sports shoe, a T-shirt, a tote bag and sunglasses made with CRYSTALLIZED™ - Swarovski Elements.
An iconic sandal with a cage heel swathed in CRYSTALLIZED™ - Swarovski Elements will be available as a limited edition item (see pic above).
The pieces in the "Pink Collection", designed by Ferragamo to fund breast cancer research through the prestigious Cancer Fund, will now be available at the flagship boutique in Delhi at DLF Emporio starting November 2009.
A part of the proceeds of all sales will be donated to the nominated breast cancer awareness foundation in the country.
