Amidst much fanfare, celebrated designer Rocky S presented his club-wear collection 'Noir'.Sexy, playful short skirts and dresses that accentuated the curves and allowed for sleek silhouettes were the trend. Colours varied from clean ivory to splashes of black with intricate detailing, sequins, silver embroidery, feathers and ruffles.
